Our bike project has grown from strength to strength, what started from lending a pump and spanner to the local boys on our estate has now grown to a full  bike club operating in Lambeth and Southwark, having secured funding to run numerous bike project from Unwin and friary estate  in Peckham , Peckham rye estate, Pelican estate, Ledbury, Gloucester grove, Central Venture Park, Bradfields boys Club,Bells gardens , Leyton Square playground to name a few. We would like to thank Southwark Council for supporting our Bike project, together with the Bike Club (UK Youth)

2013 saw Pempeople Bike Club deliver a bike project in Loughborough estate that was very well attended and saw more that 800 people attended, we have successfully been funded to deliver a borough wide intiative to the rest of the Borough, made possible by funding from London Youth Youth and Match funded by Lambeth Council and Lambeth Living.

 

 So far we have had two Lambeth residents accredited with City and Guilds Level 1 &2 bike maintenance, which will provide a sustainable project from those whom we deliver to.

 

 2014 has been a busy year Pempeople collaborated Peckham BMX Club (CK Flash)  and won the Tender to managed the BMX Track with PBC 2014 -2018.
